How Prequelle Subscriptions Work

If you sign up for a Prequelle subscription or recurring order, you authorize us to automatically charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis, at the price and frequency you selected at checkout, until you pause, skip, or cancel. Subscription orders ship automatically according to your selected schedule.

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled billing date. You can cancel:

When Cancellation Takes Effect

If you cancel before your next scheduled billing date, you will not be charged again and no further shipments will be sent. Once a subscription order has already been processed and charged, it can't be cancelled — it will still be shipped, and is treated the same as a one-time order under our Return and Refund Policy https://prequelle.co/policies/refund-policy .

Pausing, Skipping, or Changing Your Subscription

You can also pause, skip an upcoming shipment, or change the frequency of your subscription at any time before your next billing date, using the same account portal or by contacting us. If we make a material change to your subscription's price or billing frequency, we'll provide you with advance notice before the change takes effect.

Refunds

Subscription orders that have already shipped are handled under our Return and Refund Policyhttps://prequelle.co/policies/refund-policy . Cancelling your subscription does not automatically refund a shipment that has already been charged and sent.
