Where We Ship

Prequelle currently ships to addresses within the Continental United States only. We do not currently offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations, but we hope to expand in the future.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer free shipping on all orders within the Continental United States. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days from the date your order ships, depending on your location. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with any available tracking details.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders ship automatically according to your selected schedule. You can pause, skip, or cancel an upcoming shipment at any time before it processes by contacting us at support@prequelle.co.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it was lost in transit, please contact us at support@prequelle.co within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can help make it right.
