Each capsule contains a 250 mg enzyme blend of Lactase, Alpha-Galactosidase, and OPTIZIOME® Fructanase. Take one capsule with liquid, before the first bite. Take a second for dessert or meals longer than 30 minutes. Maximum 2 capsules per day.
